Tim came across Tao Te Ching — the famous ancient text written more than two thousand years ago — when he was a teenager. The book immediately became his favorite.
His rendition of the book of Lao Tzu is not one of linguistic attempt to capture the meaning of the original words in their historical context. Rather, it goes deep into the perennial wisdom of the words and give them a modern interpretation.
